Delivery Policy

We can arrange delivery of your building supplies within the greater Auckland area. Delivery services are provided by an independent contractor and require half a day’s notice.
We suggest you discuss your delivery needs at the time of purchase, and we will advise you of costs and timings.

Conditions

• Delivery to ground floor only.

• Unloading beside the delivery vehicle only. Extra requirements may incur a surcharge.

• For all City, Parnell and Ponsonby deliveries, hand unloading and a surcharge may apply.

• Separate surcharges may apply for unloading sheets or lengths of timber, depending on the distance walked from the delivery vehicle.

 
Cost

Due to difference product sizes and weights that we are offering, most deliveries are done by tipper truck or hiab truck. The cost for delivery is varied from $65 to $120 (plus. GST) per hour.
